A 19-site leisure park network, audited from head office to the field.
A full process audit, head office to field. 16 interviews with 11 people, around 21 hours transcribed 100% locally, over 40 internal documents analysed. On the AI side, 4 tools mocked up and demonstrated live, 5 deliverables handed over on handover day.
Two meta-studies run as part of the mission: 18 locations analysed on 6 weighted factors with a top-20 ranking of zones, and 24 diversification options scored, with a top 4 and an action plan.
